Mengi Inc. is a U.S.-incorporated international dealer of used printing and packaging machinery, with a sourcing and logistics desk in Istanbul, Türkiye.
The used machinery trade has been dominated for decades by a few European trade houses with deep regional roots. They run good operations — but the corridor between Türkiye, Continental Europe and the Americas has always been an awkward fit for them. U.S. dealers don't speak the European language fluently. European dealers under-prioritise U.S. and Latin American buyers. Turkish operators sit in the middle and often don't get a fair price for their equipment.
Mengi Inc. was built specifically for that corridor. We're U.S.-incorporated, which gives our buyers and sellers a clean USD invoicing path and U.S. banking. We're operated from Istanbul, which gives us direct access to Turkish converters, printers and operators — and a flight away from any major European trade hub.
We buy and broker used printing presses, finishing equipment, die-cutting machines, folder-gluers and converting lines. We work primarily with brands that hold their value: Heidelberg, Komori, KBA, Manroland, Bobst, Ryobi, Mitsubishi, Polar, Stahl, MBO, Müller Martini, Kolbus.
Our business is structured around three commitments: real photos of every machine we list, replies to inquiries within 24 hours, and transparent pricing — you'll always see the breakdown of our margin, the seller's price, and the cost of any logistics or installation we coordinate.
The trading entity is Mengi Inc., a Florida for-profit corporation. Banking is held with Chase, with Bank of America being added for U.S. operations. For larger transactions we use Transferable Letters of Credit, allowing us to broker back-to-back deals between an end buyer's bank and an upstream seller without committing our own working capital.
